Fatality inquiry schedules
Related investigations and criminal charges must be resolved before an inquiry can be scheduled.
Specifically, this means these 2 things must happen:
- the police and Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) must complete their investigations
- the courts must resolve any related criminal charges, including appeals
The below schedules are updated almost every week. The date of their last update is noted.
