Fatality inquiry schedules

Related investigations and criminal charges must be resolved before an inquiry can be scheduled.

Specifically, this means these 2 things must happen:

  • the police and Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) must complete their investigations
  • the courts must resolve any related criminal charges, including appeals
