Associate Deputy Solicitor General

Dr. Curtis Clarke has served in a variety of roles within the ministries of Justice and Solicitor General and Executive Council. Before joining government, Dr. Clarke was an Associate Professor and Coordinator of the Criminal Justice program at Athabasca University. He has carried out empirical studies on the implementation of community based policing, police organizational/managerial change, intelligence led policing and the shifting boundaries between private and public policing. He is a founding member of the INTERPOL Group of Experts in Training and past Editor in Chief of the INTERPOL IGEPT E-Journal.
