Welcome to MEPAccounts Online, where registered clients can receive automated account information.

The system is available seven days a week. However, clients are advised that they may not be able to login between approximately 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. due to maintenance activities.

To log in, you will need to enter your seven digit file number (e.g. 0000000) and for your privacy and protection, your confidential personal identification number(PIN).

If you have forgotten or you need to obtain your PIN, call the MEP Info Line to assist you during the Client Services Centre’s regular hours of 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and noon to 4:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursday and Fridays, and from noon to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesdays.

Identity theft is a very serious concern and we are reminding clients to always protect their  File and PIN number. To ensure your file integrity is maintained, if you have allowed someone to act on your behalf, you will be required to provide us with their name and their date of birth. When they contact us on your behalf, they will be required to provide your  File number, your date of birth and their date of birth. If at anytime you want to remove their access to your file information, you will need to contact us immediately. The option is always available that anytime you wish to have your PIN number changed, you can contact us to have this completed immediately!

An informed person is the best line of defense against fraud.
